5 teaspoons cinnamon infused honey
2 teaspoons brown sugar
20 g melted butter
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Clean the pineapple and slice it into 1.5 cm thick slices. Heat the grill.
Brush pineapple slices with butter and grill them for approx. 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Place the slices on a serving plate, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Top with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
You can also add chopped walnuts or a few mint leaves.
