A smoked blue cheese made from blue cheese carefully selected in their cellars. Smoking adds to to our cheese a slightly woody taste that goes well with the flavour of the Roqueforti mushroom.

This cheese is made by Benedictine monks at the Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, the inspiration behind the name Bleu Bénédictin.
