This firm, lactose-free, rindless cheese is made with thermized organic milk. Ripening the cheese for 12 months gives it a crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Its strong aroma and rich, robust and spicy taste with hints of hazelnut will not go unnoticed in your favourite dishes.

This cheese is available in blocks or grated. It is usually used grated in sauces or vinaigrettes, but also lends itself perfectly to cocktails and fruit and olive plates after dinner. Biobio Parmesan will enhance pasta, stews, croquettes, salads, omelettes, quiches, pizza, soups and oven-baked, grilled or stuffed vegetables.
